By accessing or using the services provided by Olive Bharat Cloud Health & Security Services Pvt. Ltd. (the "Services"), including our website, cloud platforms, and medical clinics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Olive Bharat provides B2B healthcare technology solutions and B2C diagnostic and clinical services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Use of Services (B2C - Patients)

• Appointments are subject to availability of clinical staff.
• Lab reports are based on the samples provided; accuracy depends on following pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting).
• Digital reports are provided as a convenience and should be discussed with a qualified physician.

4. Use of Platforms (B2B - Partners)

• Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Cloud platforms must be used in compliance with all applicable healthcare data laws in India.
• Interference with the security or integrity of our platforms is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Refunds for lab tests are only processed if the test is cancelled before sample collection. Consultation fees are typically non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and technology used in the Services are the property of Olive Bharat and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Olive Bharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by laws governing medical negligence in India.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
